We come to another end of the year, where we all collectively say "TF to the past 12 months" and ignore the fact the same sh#t is about to come round all over again in 2019. So if you were here last year you will have totally forgotten we did a prediction of games which would come about in 2018. If you need reminding just click this link here > "I need reminding"! So we take a look back to see how far off the mark we were and set ourselves up for another epic downfall with our 2019 predictions.
What Saw but Didn’t See in 2018
Okay, so here are the shameful things we predicted would be turned into online slots for the year 2018: Avengers: Infinity War™, Incredibles 2™, Black Panther™, Jurassic Work: Fallen Kingdom™, The Predator™, Mission Impossible 6™, Hellboy™, Rampage™, The Meg™, Rick and Morty™ and a new collection in the Age of the Gods™ series by Playtech."We’ll keep the list short so we suffer less embarrassment when we come to look back on this in 12 months time."
How did we do? Well, with the exception of the progressive jackpot prediction on Age of the Gods™, we failed to hit the nail on the proverbial head with any of these. But, we are 100% confident that in no fewer than the next 20-years, all these slots will be made. We shall have the last laugh.
Where did it all go wrong? Oversight, the software developers just haven’t caught up yet with their good public.
Look, it was our first ever attempt, so now a year has passed, we become a little bit wiser and we present to you our predictions for the New Year.
Online Slot Predictions for 2019
Now that Disney is owning anything that breathes, we shall ignore any animated or comic book involvement, so we will go with…
- A Brexit Slot! Yes, political gambling taken way too literally and we shall see a slot for this momentous move by the United Kingdom, as they raise a sovereign middle finger to the rest of the European Nations.
- We predict a number of 80s cult movies, seeing as 2018 vomited nostalgia all over us, so this will continue in the form of Little Shop of Horrors and Beetlejuice.
- There also has to be a horror film from someone come Halloween time, so let’s go with Jaws!
- Given the impact of Max Quest: Wrath of Ra™, we think that some developer will have the balls to compete with this game by BetSoft and produce a slot of equal measure - perhaps the first commercially successful VR slot.
We’ll keep the list short so we suffer less embarrassment when we come to look back on this in 12 months time...
Happy New Year
